Compensation Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (Dependent upon Experience and Skillset)

Overview:
The Colorado Water Congress seeks a detail-oriented, friendly Member Services Coordinator to support our membership base and streamline internal systems. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, manage our database (GrowthZone), handle invoicing, and support registration for events and programs. The ideal candidate will support the organization by managing member relations, maintaining the membership database, handle invoicing, and assist with registration logistics for events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member/nonmember inquiries by phone, email, or web.
- Maintain and update the GrowthZone membership database.
- Process new member setups and onboarding emails.
- Manage organization revenue, track and send out monthly invoices (membership, committees, projects), manage delinquencies.
- Prepare membership reports for staff and leadership, including those for Special Projects.
- Coordinate financial account reconciliation with Bookkeeper.
- Assist with the audit.
- Assist with registration logistics for conferences/webinars.
- Support membership and committee application updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CRM/database platforms (GrowthZone a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel and email platforms.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Prior experience with invoicing or membership-based organizations preferred.
