The city of Thornton Infrastructure Department wants you on our team! This position will primarily support the property transactions and property management functions related to the city’s 17,000 acres of agricultural land it owns in Weld and Larimer Counties. Activities range from: administering the city’s oil and gas leases; negotiating agreements for surface use, easements, and leases; divesting of property; and assisting with Capital Improvement Projects.  You will join a team of high performing professionals, who value initiative, engagement and collaboration.
