ELEMENT Water Consulting is seeking a Water Resources Engineer or Hydrologist with 3–5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to Colorado water rights. This role involves providing technical services for water rights projects with opportunities to engage in integrated water resources planning work.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience, preferably consulting with exposure Colorado water rights. A master’s degree may be substituted for two years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in water resources/civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, or similar.

Professional registration (P.E. or P.H.) or ability and commitment to obtain when possible.

Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArcGIS Pro a plus.

Team-minded, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
