2025 CWC Summer Conference
We are back at the Steamboat Grand!

Join us at the Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference and be part of the conversation driving positive change for our water future!

  • How do ag producers conserve?
  • How are conservation groups working with our traditional water structure?
  • What tools are municipal water users employing to conserve?
  • Can storage be a conservation tool?

Of course, we’ll have a few other interesting topics sprinkled in, including changes in federal regulation, the benefits of infrastructure investment, and the need now more than ever for stakeholder collaboration.

You can register to attend the conference and sign up for sponsorship. Click on the Register link to the right (you may need to enter your email first).

LIFETIME/HONORARY MEMBERS: To register at your discounted pricing, you must use your email when logging in. If you are registering a lifetime/honorary member, you must use their email to register them.

Reservation Details

  • A one-night deposit is required at the time of reservation. 
  • A confirmation will be emailed.
  • The final payment is due 7 days before arrival.
  • You may cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and pay a $25 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Late checkout will incur a $25/hour fee.
  • Taxes and fees: 28.828% in addition to room rate.
  • Complimentary parking is available in the Ski Time Square garage (across the street).
  • Underground parking: $25/night.

Special Deposit & Cancellation Policy for Select Rooms*

  • Applies to 3-bedroom condos, 4-bedroom condos, and penthouses.
  • One-night deposit required at time of booking.
  • The final payment is due 14 days before arrival.
  • You may cancel up to 14 days before arrival and pay a $25 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.

Alternate Hotel Options

If you are unable to reserve a room at the Steamboat Grand, we have contracted with Gravity Haus for specially priced hotel rooms for our attendees as an alternate option. 

Gravity Haus is located at 2304 Apres Ski Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.

Should you no longer need your reservation at the Steamboat Grand or if you would like to be put on a waitlist for the Steamboat Grand, please reach out to AnnaLee Taylor, Member Services Manager. This will help ensure we maintain the required number of hotel rooms to prevent attrition as well as help keep members at the conference hotel.

Room Rates Available: August 18–21, 2025


Gravity Haus has king, two queen, queen with twin bunks, and kind with twin bunks available at the same rate as the Steamboat Grand - $164/per night. The resort and parking fee have been waived for Water Congress attendees.

The cut-off date for securing a room will be July 28th. 25% of reservation total due at time of booking with 75% due 5 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled 5 days prior to arrival receive full refund without penalty. Within 5 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable.
